The backsplash was installed last Thursday, all the electrical items were finished on Friday and all of the appliances were hooked up. Now we are just waiting on a third coat of polish for the hardwood floors which will happen at the end of this week and the door needs to be replaced. The manager from Guardian is ordering us a new door and will have this one installed correctly. But, it takes over a month to get the door from the manufacturer b/c it's a custom height, so it will be another month and a half at least before all the trim work is finished and painted.
Mom and Bob are here for a few days so they been helping us finish up a few little projects like touching up the paint, re-hanging the doorbell and pictures, and generally cleaning up. So, here are the latests pics:
