Ellie at 2 months.

Ellie had her 2 month checkup this week. She weighed exactly 12 pounds and was 24.5 inches tall. Her weight in the 45th percentile and her height is in the 96th percentile. The doctor said, "She's tall and thin" and then she looked me up and down and said, "That's to be expected". ;-)
She had bunch of vaccinations at her appointment and I think the rotovirus got to her. She screamed like I have never heard her (or Hayden) scream for about 15 minutes and was inconsolable. Then about 30 minutes later she threw up all over me! Yuk! Hayden never threw up until he was a year old, so baby puke was a new thing for me.
Ellie is really starting to interact with us more. She smiles and coos and makes that great razzing sound when she's happy. She really likes her little toys that hang down from the bar above her little chair. She is getting to the really fun stage!
Here's her 10 week photo. She's wearing a darling dress from Uncle Paul and Aunt Katie along with her shoes from Grandma and Grandpa Howell that say "Ellie Belle" on one shoe and the other shoe has her birth date.
