Tuesday night, our dinner was so YUMMY that I just have to share about it.
We made Chicken Marsala... with a twist. You lay a sage leaf over the chicken cutlets and wrap it in proscuitto. We had it over Bow Tie pasta and my goodness, my mouth was overcome with the flavor -delicious!
It's not a quick or easy one, but it sure is tasty!
