On Sunday, we had Hayden's Uncle Paul and Aunt Katie up from Richmond for Brunch. Scott made Beef Wellington and French Toast Casserole. Mom made her famous Sausage and Apple Quiche, and Baked Apples. Plus we had plenty of pies- Yum! It sure was a delicious meal with a great family! We're so glad we got to spend some time with them during the holidays.
